In today’s environment, maintaining the security of critically sensitive data, including PII and other sensitive case information, is a paramount concern for every CRA. We understand this.
Because our clients are largely CRAs who have to worry about constant FTC oversight, we are very aware of the evolving standards regarding PII security. You can rest assured that all sensitive data received and sent by The Public Record Source is always secure and in compliance with the NAPBS Data Security and Privacy guidelines.
All of our office staff and court researchers are subject to thorough background checks prior to hiring, routine auditing throughout their employment, and several additional forms of quality assurance.
Our data servers and case management platforms are maintained behind 256 bit SSL encryption (defined by Norton Internet Security as “Bank-Level Encryption”) and are subject to nightly system sweeps. Only the company owners have root access to the company servers, so PII exposure is kept at an absolute minimum.
